Under any circumstance ever, normally, yes. What are we going to be shooting? If you say 'Dinosaurs' 'stuff that could eat you' or 'anything but tin cans' I might not be the safest choice without the Spider-Sense?

But...hanging out would be really cool at the same time since...everything is weird right now. You want to come with when I drop off some cupcakes to the Papa Spider first?

We all appreciate the lack of dad-defying adventures. Not that we mind those either, I just think giving him less to worry about right now is the way to go. Unless we need to. In which case, well, thrilling heroics is a thing he'll just have to understand? Still, you can teach me to shoot with the bow maybe? I don't have a whole lot of weapons training.

I really appreciate that Francis. You're welcome to cupcakes and ice cream. Got any bad movies you've found that you like?

I figure I'd have to ease you all into dad-defying adventures. Maybe hold off until you're all used to being normal people and then start playing with dinosaurs. Anyway, if we need to do the thrilling heroics thing I'm sure he'll understand. He has that "responsibility" thing and I'm sure he doesn't just shrug it off because the powers are glitching. I can teach you.

Aw. You're the best spider-friend a guy could ask for. I have quite a few.

To be fair, it's only the powerless ones. He kind of lets me do my own thing most of the time these days. But yeah, Dad-defying when I don't have a Spider-Sense? Probably something best we save for the responsibility moments. Even then, I'll probably still get Mega grounded.

I'd really like the teaching though, might be nice in case this kind of thing ever happens again. Which, I would like to request that it doesn't, thank you very much.

Well Duh. I mean the only better spider-friend is April, but that's just because she's more fun and less booky. Which bad movies do you like? I always liked The Fly.

Sure! My love for arrows means I'll never turn down an opportunity to show off arrows. We'll hope this never happens again but get you prepared in case life sucks and it happens all the time.

Sometimes you need booky in your life. The one with Jeff Goldblum in it or the really old one?

That's really awesome of you, plus Archery is a lifelong skill that one should not neglect. And you're not at all wrong about this happening all the time. It's pretty awful when you suddenly realize just how dependent on your powers you actually are.

Sometimes you need less of it too. Still working on that part. And totally Jeff Goldblum. I mean, except for the part where he turns the monkey inside out, or turns into a fly.

	Normally it's cookies and cupcakes, but since I'm going to have a lot of extra time on my hands without patrols to do, who knows. Maybe we'll venture into cakes, get fancy and exotic, go Tiramisu. You've never had Tiramisu? Well then. That's all the incentive I need to figure out how to make it and make it awesome. You might have to help me test out a few batches though Five, you know, until I get it right. You think that'd be okay?

...And that doesn't at all answer your question. Tiramisu is an Italian dessert. It's ladyfingers, coffee, and custard. I'm sure we can find the stuff we need here, or at least I hope so. If not we can always improvise?
