Who: Death Eaters plus everyone in Diagon Alley plus the DMLE.
What: The Death Eaters are making a statement.
Where: Diagon Alley.
When: Around 10:30am on Wednesday, May 27, 2025.

Diagon Alley is busy, as it always is as the heart of the wizarding world. People are shopping, meeting friends for coffee, doing banking, working and going about their lives.
And then the unthinkable happens.
In through the Leaky Cauldron come the Death Eaters. They are a sight to behold. Black robes flapping as they stride through Diagon Alley, too many to count. For those who remember the disorganisation of the last war, it will be a chilling sight. They aren't walking in formation, but it's close enough to be disquieting. They have grown in number and they are working together.
One casts the Dark Mark up into the sky above the Alley, and then the Death Eaters break off - two into each shop where they start randomly casting hexes at the customers and shopkeepers alike.
