I get back from a world tour and England's gone fucking insane. People blowing up buildings, then having parties. I got whiplash just from reading the Prophet for a little while.

There seems to be so much death and destruction lately largely caused by these nobles destroying themselves. What a tangled web you weave when you care more about appearances and material gain than happiness. Perhaps someone can clear this up for me, but what is a reputation worth if you're so unfulfilled that your illicit activities hurt the ones you are supposed to care about? Why continue a life of misery because someone else has an opinion on what you should and should not do?

How tragic for the Patil family. I can only imagine the trauma of losing a loved one and how utterly blissful it would terrible it is. It seems attacks against the High Nobles are becoming quite a popular choice. I would hope that this matter is being taken seriously.

I ended up not attending the mooncalf dance. I heard it was wonderful though, I just spent the evening at home cuddled up with Princess and reading a new novel.
It's awful what is happening among the high nobility, first those attacks and now tragedy strikes? It's horrible and rather scary to think about. I mean, if it happened to the Patils, it could happen to anybody, right?

The Mooncalf Dance turned out wonderfully, the ones behind the scenes are always the ones who deserve the credit for such a job well done.
I wish I could have stayed later than I did, but this pregnancy hasn't been particularly easy on me and I was feeling beneath the weather.
It was good to see and catch up to those of you who were in attendance though.

I needed to take some downtime after the last match to re-group. While I know we can't win them all, losing has never been something I've handled very well. The Arrows were just the better playing team the other day, even with us catching the snitch.
