Tristan wanted to let everyone know that the Gentleman Farmer is going to remain operating with a lot of the same staff in his absence. He had stuff. Family stuff. But the restaurant is still going to be amazing quality using some of his recipes and some new ones, so you should keep them in mind whenever you have the hankering for something really amazing. You remember his menus. It's really something special.

This doesn't make me feel homesick at all.

We didn't have the beautiful trees like that at home, but I still miss sitting with everyone in the groves. I miss shifting. Running.

I always get antsy this time of year. Almost Buck Moon, it was a lot more fun for me back home.

We will not judge you to your face but we really do need to know. Because I guarantee the produce you lost up there two days ago has something to do with your stomach pain.

And I'm going to go sit in my shower and cleanse my soul.

It's been a long day. I didn't realize it was going to be a double shift when I woke up, until there I was... staying after I was meant to go home. It's fine, you know, working from midnight until six. PM. I didn't almost fall asleep and crash my car into a tree or anything.

Well, I think I should probably get some rest but it's always so hard to wind down after a long shift. My thoughts will be racing for hours. So until I fall asleep...
