"I look cool in it," Alec defended his choice in wearing a jacket, but he didn't really care what she thought about it. He really didn't care about the jacket at all anymore as she returned his kiss roughly, biting his lips, and he couldn't help the moan that reverberated at the back of his throat. He should have questioned it more. He should have known something wasn't right. The sheer fact that he couldn't even fathom a world outside of Max and the fact he was absolutely overwhelmed by how strongly he felt should have made him suspicious. He was supposed to be smart, observant. And yet he couldn't think of anything other than the woman in his arms.
Alec felt his heart stutter when he heard his name leave her lips; the name she'd given him. She had never said his name like that - he didn't think anyone had ever said his name like that. Alec had only been Alec for such a short period of time. Max pulled out of her shirt and Alec immediately moved to run his hands over her, fingers moving hungrily over the newly exposed skin. There was nothing he wanted more than to touch every inch of her bare skin and he couldn't get close enough. He couldn't help the snicker that slipped out when Max said he'd need the safe word, though it was cut short when she nipped his neck and Alec sucked in a breath.
When she pulled him against her, Alec wrapped his arms around her and moved instantly, pushing Max roughly against the nearest wall. He couldn't help himself, the passion he felt was overwhelming. "Oh yeah?" he pulled back to look at her with a smirk, "Prove it," Alec shot with challenging remark before catching her lips again in a bruising kiss. Who needed a safe word anyway? He just needed her and he needed all of her. Now.
