He broke the kiss, stripping of his jacket and tossing it to the floor with a dull thud. Max arched an eyebrow at him. "It's freaking in the 80's at least out there and you're wearing a jacket?" She teased, shaking her head, but there was a smile tugging on her lips. "Honestly? I'm surprised you're not coated in a layer of sweat." It was the last words she managed to sneak out. His lips were on hers in a manner of seconds after the coat hit the floor and his hands cupped her face. Max kissed him back hard, biting his lips a bit. Alec might have been on a high from Max, but the transgenic bitch was on a high from him too. Each kiss intoxicated her more and more. Each time it was harder and harder for her to pull away even though her lungs burned for oxygen. Her body needed his kiss, his touch, so much more than a vital function and it should have scared the shit out of her. But it didn't.
His hands dropped to the edges of her shirt and she shivered at the sensation of his warm fingers skimming over her flesh. When she first met him and they were supposed to sleep together, she would have never, ever let him touch her. The thought disgusted her. How could she be with anyone other than Logan? She couldn't. Besides, Alec was a dickhead and cocky. He was completely opposite Logan and Max swore up and down that she was so not attracted to that. Plus, he lied and stole, cheated to get his way, and only did what was right because she'd kick his sorry ass if he didn't. But now? Now, she couldn't get enough of him. When his fingers brushed her rib cage, lips pressed to her neck, Max couldn't stop his name from slipping out. She lifted her arms and tugged off her own shirt; the limited touch was not enough, not now. She wanted to feel him against her. Her hands found his own shirt and she didn't hesitate to hook her fingers around the collar and use that abnormal strength to rip it apart.
Easily, she tugged it away, the shreds dropping to the floor, and she went for his lips again, but he stopped her with his teasing words. A smirk tugged at her mouth. "I think you're going to need a safe word more than me," she replied smoothly. She skimmed her teeth over his neck briefly. "Yes, you totally will need one more than me." He kissed her again and Max tugged him tight against her with every bit of supernatural strength she possessed, wanting to feel his skin brush her own.
