Considering her history, Max should have been more suspicious than she was about the sudden infatuation with Alec, but she wasn't. She had, like him, assumed it to be heat, a genetic defunct in the near perfect transgenic population. However, it wasn't encompassing the entire male populace, in fact, Max couldn't see anything at all or anyone, but Alec. It was one man she wanted, one man, and she'd do anything to get her hands on him. When he complied, perhaps it should have made her think, just a bit, but every part of her that despised Alec was far from the surface and impossible to reach now and she didn't want to.
He kissed her again, impatiently, and Max knew how he felt. She was just as impatient as he was to get ride of the clothing, everything separating his skin from her skin. She kissed him back hard, enough that if they weren't genetically empowered, it would have bruised their lips. Her hands kept wandering under his shirt and she knew they had to go and go now or she'd rip his clothes to shreds here in the street.
When he pulled away, Max nodded, for once speechless and breathless. It didn't last long. "Come on, what are you waiting for?" she replied with a small smirk. It was hard; she wanted to kiss him again, but she restrained, grabbing his hand instead and tugging him towards the townhouses. Her own was far, but it was in a more secluded part of the neighborhood and when she got there, she barely held back from breaking down the door. Instead, she opened it with a brush from her shoulder, dragging him inside. Her lips burned; she needed to kiss him again. Now. She barely managed to nudge the door closed before she was wrapping her arms around his neck, pulling him to her lips. Max really didn't think what she'd just done or what the privacy of these walls suddenly afforded them. Alec could wreck her and her him as badly as he wanted. She was under his spell as surly as he seemed to be under hers. For once, the trangenic was vulnerable in his presence.
