Irreparable RPG OOC

At work today, because I'm bored and hate my job, I was considering expanding on the outstanding Death Eater list with some info about who they are and what they are wanted for. Did anyone have any space in their back story where a death eater, maybe someone un-captured as of yet, killed someone, captured someone, or had any description whatsoever? I'd like to flesh it out with y'all's back stories, rather than just make all up.
