RP: Snowy Evening
Who: Angelus & Drusilla - Open for Spike to tag if he wishes to find them
Where: Motel Six and the town
When: Post-dated, December 23rd, late evening - night
Rating/Warning: TBD
Summary: Angelus and Drusilla finding each other. Keeping her warm. Hunting
Status: Private, ongoing.

It was far from what Angelus wanted, the quaint little room with one bed and a television. It could be worse, powers that be know he's lived in far worse than this over his life. He's also lived in far better. Like having that mansion in Sunnydale or the hotel in Los Angeles. This would do for now, at least. He'd have to find somewhere that suited his tastes better soon though.

After sending the last message to Dru, he unlocked and cracked the door so she'd be able to get in easily before settling on the bed. He wanted do see how long it would take to have his Dark Princess track him down.

He crawled just high enough to be able to steal a quick kiss, a smirk on his face the entire time. "Finding a toy it is then."

He rolled off her and then turned back to hold his hand out for her, looking to not so much help her off the bed but tug her playfully to her feet. The room key was in his pocket so he didn't even have to grab anything before they left. "You in the mood for something specific or do we just prowl until you see something good?" He'll let her choose their toy.

"Something young and squealy. Little piglet for the slaughter," she decided as she let him draw her to her feet, off the bed, pulling against him.

Stretching up, she licked at his lower lip before biting at it softly. Not enough to draw blood, but enough that he'd feel.

"Time runs in circles here, did you know? Tiny circles, big circles, jaggy circles. It's all mixed up like batter for a cake to bake here outside of Hell."

A soft growl rumbled low from his throat, a sign that he liked that bite. He kissed her again, a little longer this time. "I didn't know."

He took her hand and gives her a spin, leading them a little closer to the door. "I doubt we need to worry too much about time though, my dear." Immortal and all.

It didn't really surprise her any more when they didn't understand. She rarely realized when they didn't though, because however they replied generally flowed with wherever her mind was drifting.

But no, they didn't need to worry about the jaggy circles, or the big and little ones, because in the end it wouldn't matter that no one was from the same time.

Stepping toward the door with him, she exhaled a contented sigh. "Is Spike invited to come play, or is it only for us?"

Asking what she meant didn't always help either. Explanations were occasionally harder to understand than the original message. Though, can't fault her for being what he'd help make of her either. And eventually her messages usually became clearer upon having a little longer to think on them or let the mind wander on it.

"If he wants to come and play, he's more than welcome." His body followed hers to the door, reaching around her to open the door for her, "Unless you want it to be just us." His hand brushed her hair away from her neck and his head dipped to nip lightly at her throat, "I'm just happy to have you here." Truthful. Stuck alone in a new world could be fun, but Dru made things better. More fun.

"Maybe he'll find us," she decided as she stepped out of the room. In the hallway, she tipped her head back and inhaled an unneeded breath simply to scent the area.

It was never wise to play close to home; even in her madness, she did have those survival instincts embedded. Still, where were they going to find anything fun outside, in this weather?

"Tick tick, tock tock. I hear a silent clock," she chanted as she she started to stroll toward the exit. There might be some people out in the snow. Someone to eat, or someone to meet; it didn't much matter to her just then.

He closed the door as he stepped into the hallway after her, watching her choose the way that she wanted to go. He followed her down the hall close enough that were he warm, she'd be able to feel the heat of his body. Fingers played lightly up her back every so often.

Even if they didn't find someone in the snow, it was lovely weather to enjoy and it would give then a better layout of the town.

Stepping out the door into the snow, she tilted her head back to gaze toward the sky. "Part the clouds, part the sea," she whispered. "Part the earth, all for me." Apparently she was very rhyming and very, very random tonight.

But then, she was extremely displaced, and while she did have familiar people here, this wasn't home and it was going to take some adjusting to.

Spinning in a little circle, she laughed before darting off toward the town. The odds of finding someone out there would be better than finding them anywhere else.

He gave a chuckle as he listened and watched her before taking off after her. He wasn't going to say he really liked this place. Smaller town meant harder to just blend in and hide among the people. And it was all new. But he was fairly good at fitting in places.

His eyes and ears were carefully aware of any sound that might give away a person, though most of his attention was on Dru.

She was aware of him behind her, and she laughed, delighted, as she swung around through the snow, leaping and prancing and laughing all the while.

After a few moments of this, she did settle down and compose herself to act properly. To employ stealth and sneaking and all the things they needed to be good hunters.

Good hounds. "Ruff," she barked to her thoughts before she turned her attention toward a noise. There, scuffing their way through the park, a young lady. Not quite young enough, but food was food and she was hungry.

"Pretty all covered in snow and glitter," Dru purred to Angelus when he joined her. "Dinner or a toy?"
