Pansy let an easy smile cross her lips, which didn't really reach her eyes. "Mhm." She looked away from the young woman, then casually leafed through the folder before tucking it away again. Turning to fully face Astoria, she quirked an eyebrow. "You shouldn't lay it on so thickly. The Ministry chose you to set it up, they chose my hotel to host it. The quality is obvious. Let's leave it at that, shall we?"
Pansy hated sugar-coating and she would only allow it to go so far. She had a reputation for being blunt -- amongst other things. Her voice was not unfriendly, but it had dropped a few degrees. She had not come to meet and greet Astoria for pleasantries; this was purely business and she had no intention of trying to be buddies.
"I will take a look at the folder you have composed," She gave the folder under her arm a light pat. When the younger witch glanced at her watch, Pansy suppressed the urge to glare. Instead, she smiled. "I'll have my assistant get in touch with you about the folder."
Turning on her heel, she walked out of the ballroom. "Unless you wish to meet the staff that will be working the event, there is nothing else to discuss in my opinion." Either they were done for today, if not, she'd have the welcome witch gather the staff down here in the hall.
