"Mm. We'll see about that. Decorations have a way of moving around. Especially at Halloween." She waggled her brows, then realized that was a pointless gesture since her back was to him at the moment. She rolled her eyes at herself as she started to shuffle her clothing into drawers or into her closet.
"Was Halloween anything special to ... wizards? I mean, all the movies I've ever seen have all sorts of magical rituals taking place on Halloween. Is that based in fact? Or ... the facts of your side of things?" Because obviously not all wizards and witches were the same; she'd run into a couple of other sorts here.
"I'm not going to have to hide under the bed or anything, am I?" She grinned as she rifled through the bag of decorations until she came up with the bag of candy. "If you want any," she offered, because she was a sharing person. "You think they'll do like, a trick or treat for the kids or anything like that?" She wasn't sure exactly who 'they' were, though she definitely did not mean their captors and wondered if she needed to clarify that.
