She had no idea why she was here, so she opted to ignore that question. The idea of her being bait was laughable. Who, exactly, would they be baiting with her? Charles? He'd probably just assumed she'd taken off again. He might look for her, sure, but ... Jaime doubted he'd send a team out to fetch her.
"I was just exploring," Jaime muttered defensively. "So you found me while I was in the gas station instead of when I was ... somewhere else." She shrugged. "Now, I'm going somewhere else, so you have fun hanging out in a gas station, or wherever you go."
