She noticed Jaime's discomfort, but she didn't think much of it. She certainly didn't make any connections to her earlier statements, and how close to the head she'd hit the nail. She sipped at her soda, making a face at the bubbles and the way they burned at her throat. "Mmm. Cold," she said, wrinkling her nose in distaste. Of course, she'd known it would be cold, but it had been a while since she'd had soda, and she'd sort of... forgotten.
"Robert Bishop?" she tried before she shrugged her shoulders. "He's kind of low key. One of them business men sorts. But they'd know him," she said, gesturing around her to... well, the gas station, but she meant the scientists, "and they'd best be getting me on a bus back to civilization, if they know what's good for them," she added, shouting it over her shoulder.
"So yeah," she said, realizing she'd gotten distracted. She snapped her fingers, creating a ball of blue static energy in the hand that was not holding to soda, grinning sort of maniacally. "What can you do? Anything interesting?"
Elle... wasn't exactly discreet about her ability. It was a flaw.
