The Sokovian people are noble and are good people. You detained Zemo for no reason and now there are more murders. This very bad mistake. I could have say this wasn't Zemo. No one from Sokovia would play silly game like these.

Because as I discovered last night, a person can only be offically cleared by being officially detained. I'm pretty sure. So my damn good hunch doesn't mean shit in this ordeal until we go through proper channels.

And we will.

But what did you do so thinking Zemo was innocent?

I'm really good at reading certain kinds of people. I'm pretty sure that's why I was chosen as a lead in this thing, since my detective skills are shit.

It's not so much reading tells or micro-expressions, it's knowing how to think like the person that I'm talking to. That's what I'm good at.

So you can think like me?

I guess that depends on what kind of person you are.

And how would you figure this out?

A man's true nature always comes out sooner or later, if you watch him long enough. Or hold a gun to his head. That's what I did to my boss.

Carrots or whips and you choose whips?

[*OOC: "лучше пряником, чем кнутом, но крутом вам нравится больше" - In Russia, they use the expression "Better to tame a horse with a carrot than a whip" much like we use "you catch more flies with honey than vinegar". So - context wise, Pietro is saying "You catch more flies with honey than vinegar - but you use vinegar anyway.]

Not usually, no. I'd much rather a gentle approach, I don't like violence, but we don't really have time for gentle right now, do we?
