If this was overstepping her bounds, he was more than willing to keep encouraging her to do so. What he was doing he wasn't even sure. We was going through the motions, but this time ... with her, it was different. It wasn't rushed. He spent the time drawing her closer and he honest wanted to see her open up a little more. Hell, he'd even taken a step back from the more social circles and, despite his suggestion to Marcus a few nights back, he actually hadn't been interested in preoccupying his time with the sort of activities other woman were more than willing to offer him. None of them seemed to be able to hold his attention for long enough.
He chuckled lightly as he watched her disappear out the door. All of a sudden he was rather looking forward to their game and it had absolutely nothing to do with Quidditch. With a soft smile still lingering on his lips, he closed he leaned back against the pillows and just stared at the ceiling, a little more willing to just wait everything out.
Of course, waiting was going to prove harder than all of that, particularly as Katie went from ignoring him to talking to him again. "It's also none of your concern," he responded, offering her a glare before his eyes returned to the ceiling. He didn't want to share any information on Emma. He hadn't told Clint or Marcus a damn thing besides a few small details and he sure as hell wasn't going to spill his guts to the one person in the Wizarding world who was more annoying than a flesh eating disease.
