Welcome! (Also Introductions)
Hi Everybody! Tim here! It's really good to see so much interest in the game, I'm flattered that everyone liked the concept enough to make characters and join up. I only hope I'm up to the task of modding as it has been a long time indeed since I've done this sort of thing.
I know just about everyone, but everyone doesn't know everybody else. :) So for the folks from The Colony, please give a big welcome to Stargazer (AIM Citygoat69)0, who is bringing in Justine Gilmore. Some of you are aware that Rory (AIM Brightestday87) who joined the Colony right before it crashed has brought Lincoln into this game. Please give him a warm welcome and make him feel at home as well.
I'm expecting a few other writers to join in the next couple days, so keep an eye on the OOC for announcements. Please let anyone you think might be interested know about the RPG, I'd like us to have a large and diverse group of writers to help keep things fresh.

Bridget Mackenzie
Leader, sister, den mother, cat-herder-in-chief
Bridget is the accidental founder of the tribe and tries very hard to make sure everyone gets what they need even if they don't get what they want. She prefers living low-tech when possible, feeling that it is better to get used to it now than be forced to deal with it suddenly later as things wear out. At the moment she's still privately in mourning for her recently deceased husband and adjusting to the fact that she's pregnant by him.

Scout, guard, hunter, archaic weapons and martial-arts trainer
Greg was one of the first people to join Bridget, Jake, and Mike on the road, deciding he liked the trio and that there was safety in numbers. He's fallen into the role of unofficial head of security and tries hard to make sure that the other guards/scouts have the skills they need to be effective in keeping everyone safe. Romantically involved with Abby Theien.
