"Here we go with the threats again," Noah said when she told him he couldn't ignore her, especially not if he knew what was good for him. He didn't mind, though. How could he, when Vienna was pressing up against him and playing with the waistband of his sweatpants? He rolled his eyes a little at the silly name she'd come up with, but it was a good-natured eye roll, at least. It was too nice to see that wicked smile of hers and to hear her sounding teasing and flirty, like she'd always sounded with him before, for him to complain.
He was ridiculously easy to distract, especially after the length of time they hadn't really been close, and if she'd asked him more questions, it was possible he wouldn't have been inclined to answer them anyway. Not right now. The kiss set him on fire, lifting goosebumps on his arms and waking up other parts of his body, as well. Noah was fully preoccupied with kissing her, so much so that when she said his name, all he could manage to do was make a soft moan deep in his throat and claim her mouth again as quickly as he could.
Normally he was very concerned with logistics: never even considering coming here so they wouldn't risk disturbing Bea, and then there was the issue of Ledger, who definitely didn't need to overhear anything like that. No point in traumatizing the poor kid for life. Right now, though, he was willing to do anything that was necessary to be able to have her right now, without having to go anywhere, even if it meant biting his own tongue in half so he wouldn't make any noise. "Want you," he managed to say the next time it was necessary to break for air. He was already exploring beneath the back waistband of the pants she wore, ready to slide them down the second she agreed.
