Sometimes, Caitie just wished that her friends would get along. She knew, given the fact that she and George kind of couldn't stand each other, that it wasn't realistic. Sometimes people didn't get along, and that was fine. But it would make it a heck of a lot easier to do things like this without anyone feeling left out if more of them got along. But status quo was okay, she supposed.
Caitie laughed a little too hard when Maddie started her 'friends and booze' tirade, and nodded her head. “Frooze,” Caitie mused, though she couldn't quite say it right; her voice slurred twice and by the time she tried to say it the third time, she bursted out in laughter by the end. Maddie mentioned hr brother and she shrugged and chewed on her lip. “Well, it's that and like...” she sighed. “The rumor mill thing. Sucks that people can't find better stuff to do.”
“I did! I got awesome stuff, but all the awesomest stuff was from you. Obviously.”
She sat down on her bed and scratched one of the kittens on the head. “I'm not just like... a lesbian, though. You know that, right? Like... I like boys, too.” No, she'd never really actually had a boyfriend... or a girlfriend, but that was beside the point. “I just... like girls too. But now everyone thinks I'm a lesbian.”
