WHO Dominic and Noah
WHAT Wandering the grounds
WHERE Near Guard Tower 1.
WHEN October 16th, 2019; Afternoon.
RATING Medium, maybe.
This place was making him crazy. Or more so the people inside the walls of Sing Sing were making him crazy. They had suspicions about him and the rest of Tallis' crew, yet not a single one of them were man or woman enough to act on those suspicions. It was playing in their favor now, sure. But how long would this false welcoming last? Whenever his mind would drift to that question, Dominic would follow it up with 'Would he survive longer if he flipped?' If he gave away every last detail of Tallis' plan that he knew? That route would lead to his untimely and gruesome death he was sure. He had no delusions about the woman leading their little group of people. She was hardcore crazy, bent on revenge and he had a feeling she didn't take betrayal lightly. Shaking he head, Dominic tried to chase those thoughts from it. He was working with Tallis, would stay loyal to her until he gave her a reason not to be. Or until the Sing Sing inhabitants proved they were the better option for survival. So far they weren't an option he wanted to talk. Seemed Security spent more time baby-sitting him than actually letting him do his job. Which he wasn't good at a lot of shit, but he was good at this kind of stuff. Plus, which a constant shadow of Stone or Rivers it made it tough to do anything beyond try and throw them off of Tallis' trail. Swiping the armory key had been a challenge, but not impossible. But he hadn't thought it would be. He'd have to figure out a way to get it to Tallis now without anyone picking up on it. Right now though he was going to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the rest of the Security crew and anyone else who felt the need to breathe down his neck and watch his every move. Dominic sank down to the ground, back pressed against the base of the guard tower, head tilted back resting up against it as he let his eyes close. "Peace and fucking quiet," he muttered. Moments like this reminded him why he preferred to be on his own, but safety was found in numbers and even he wasn't idiot enough to ignore that fact. |
