Some time before heading off for the weekend, Jae swung by Jannika and Embla's room to leave Jannie a vase of sunflowers and a box of dark chocolates. Attached to the vase was a bright green post-it note, which read:

Happy Valentines Day, Snuffy! I really wish I could spend time with ya, but ALAS, BABY, family calls. I'll make it up to you for real when I get back, though, OK??? We'll do whatever you want.
