Reminders

Okay! So here's the plan. We have a few people who haven't been active in a long time, two game days, so a little over a week. And assuming they're still around, we hope they'll notice this note and contact us on the OOC board or by PMs, if they plan to stay but have a problem. If we aren't contacted, we're going to hack down the list. A few people will be removed properly, with it having been assumed that they spent time at the Sanctuary. Others will just be hacked away like they never came at all, because.. well.. they were either never played, or only played once, and there's no reason to ban them from the game if they were only played once. So! If this is you, consider yourself warned.

Reminders

Today is the night of the full moon! Beware the moody werewolves that will be running about. The werewolves will be collected up one by one and put into cells on the third floor, though they won't be told this until Prewett or Tonks shows up to take them. Prewett will come for Arcturus Prewett, and Tonks will come for Callum Moon and Zacharias Smith.

Nymphadora Tonks will arrive at 6am, on October 31st, 2001 and will be an addition to the Auror force. She will have no formal entry.

Anthony Goldstein, Lisa Turpin, and Morag MacDougal will no longer within the Sanctuary walls, having been removed from them before curfew was lifted for that morning. All of their belongings will be gone as well as any trace that they had been at the Sanctuary at all.

Reminders

Curfew is strictly enforced at 10pm, the doors and windows leading outside will magically close and lock, allowing no one in or out. At promptly 11pm, all doors to the patients rooms will magically close and lock, allowing no one in or out.

Upon arrival, all patients will be taken into the Processing Center on the first floor to fill out their Entrance Sheets (that bottom part of the application you filled out) and at that time will be fitted with a silver chain bracelet, with a name plate on it. The name plate will be inscribed with the patient's name and room number, and the bracelet will be magically reinforced so it cannot be broken, nor will it be able to be removed from the patient's hand, short of removing the hand at the wrist. This bracelet will keep the wearer from being able to do any magic at all.

There is a barrier that surrounds the Sanctuary that keeps the patients from being able to go past a certain point. This point is defined by a lovely waist-high white picket fence. The fence is three hundred feet from the front of the building, three hundred feet from the sides of the building, and extends out to six hundred feet at the back of the building, to accommodate the large, plush garden there.
