ONE DECISION CAN CHANGE THE WORLD
Changed is an AU game that follows a timeline which assumes that Peter Pettigrew made quite a different choice in 1981. Rather than betraying his closest friends to Voldemort, Peter confessed his regretted Dark Mark to Albus Dumbledore and to the Order of the Phoenix. As a result, when Voldemort came to the Godric’s Hollow on Halloween, he was met with the full force of the Order’s power, which broke his own. At the time, it was thought that Voldemort had been defeated forever, but now the world knows know that this was not the case and a second war is building. In the midst of that war, a boy who never was The Boy Who Lived has a prophecy to fulfill, but that boy’s world is immensely different. How different? Come to Changed, and craft your own answer to that question.

"April is the cruellest month, breeding Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing memory and desire." The year is 2002. The fourth anniversary of the Second Wizarding War is fast approaching. The past three years have been filled with rebuilding and recovering from both the emotional and physical damage wrought by the war. The acting Minister, Kingsley Shacklebolt, has just come out on top in the most recent elections, the first ones held since the end of the war. He'll be staying in office another four years. The public has been demanding that something be done to prevent events like the rise of Voldemort and the Second Wizarding War from ever happen again. Acting impetuously, the Minister of Magic proposes the first of what will come to be known as the Bones Laws. A seemingly innocent blood census is just the first step in an increasingly oppressive campaign against Purebloods...
