	Oh, this is lovely! I've been looking for a while now, and keep seeing new details to be in love with. Her glasses abandoned on the floor, the spilled potion under the pillow, the vague/misty image of Filch and Mrs Norris... and yes, her body is gorgeously real. I love this! Irma is so peacefully concentrated and focused, and of course there are books (adore the books) -- and eyeglasses. When I saw the title, I was afraid it was going to be cracky and make a joke out of Irma the way canon does, but you've done her beautiful justice.

In my first viewing, I didn't see the little dreamy image of Argus and Mrs Norris, so when I did finally notice them, it was like seeing the daydream charm actually working. Lovely.

And as

ragdoll says, the sepia and soft pencil strokes are perfect for the subject.

Ohhhh, I just adore this piece, Mystery Artist. Irma looks her age and has a real body, and she's simply beautiful! I love how relaxed and content she appears, like she's taking it slow and doing it right -- and what a contrast it is to the very one-dimensional Irma we see thought Harry's eyes in canon.

All of the details with the books and glasses and hair pins are wonderful. And, hee, the subtle image of Filch there is just wonderful! I love how he could either be a manifestation of the Daydream or, perhaps, a reflection of the real Filch who's accidentally stumbled across the scene. ;D

Your pencil work is fab; love that I can see all of the strokes (no double entendre intended!) and the hatching and crosshatching in places. Just an all-around fantastic piece.
