Sign-up Begin 7 April
Over the course of the next couple of days, I'll repost updated rules and the sign-up template just in case you want to start those creative juices a'flowin. I know that, traditionally, ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) hp_summersmut sign-ups begin today but I wanted to do a bit of an overhaul of a few things. Nothing major so don't worry! I just want to make sure that you guys get the smoothest fest possible! ♥
