A FORTIORI
with yet greater reason

It all seemed to start quite innocently really. After nearly three generations of fear and worry, the wizarding world was ready for peace. The long arduous task of recovery and rebuilding began, and the people elected Amos Diggory to the post of Minister of Magic by a landslide. They saw a stable future in the promises of the man who lost his only son as one of the first casualties of the second war. He was charismatic and persuasive, used strongly worded speeches and cleverly hidden reminders about his son to secure his place in the Ministry.

He sought justice, and the public responded well to the new laws that were to make the country safer. The ex-Death Eaters were first, their freedoms taken, labelled suspected terrorists. Their family members were next, then all purebloods. The suspected terrorists were branded. Now, wands are monitored, there are curfews, tracking charms and interrogations. The Ministry has almost total control.

But there is a resistance. They may be small, but they're fighting back.

Generation Boomer

They called the generation following the Second World War "The Baby Boomers". They were supposed to make the world a better place, and free from tyranny, a new hope for the world. However, like most things in this world no matter how hard you try, bad things happen. The Second Wizarding War came and went, destroying just about everything in its path. Heroes rose, villains fell, sacrifices were made all in the name of justice. After the fall of the Dark Lord, and the Second War, it was only natural that the trends from the past continue. Those who had survived carried on, rebuilt, to pass the torch down to their children, a new generation that seemed to spring out of the ashes.

This new generation, the Boomer Generation as they're now being called, was raised with the hope that they'd be able to create a new world, a better one, one that wouldn't fail into the habits of old, to stop the cycle. However, it isn't just the heroes from the Second War with this mindset. It can be said for those on the fallen side as well. For the children of the defeated have been growing with their own ideas to correct the mistakes of the past, becoming more powerful everyday and the time is growing closer, steadily gaining supporters and slowly building terror in a world that was supposed to be different...

Into The Fire

MODSRPGOOC

A post-war non-epilogue compliant game.

On June 1st 2002 Kingsley Shacklebolt, the Minister of Magic, was murdered. From there, a series of events has started to unfold that could change the world forever.

With an army of Dementors at his side, Rodolphus Lestrange has freed the Death Eaters from Azkaban, and plans to take over Wizarding Britain. And unlike Voldemort, there's no prophecy saying Lestrange will fail.

Kingsley Shacklebolt is dead, Dementors stalk the streets at night and Death Eaters prepare for war...

Are you willing to risk your life to try and save the world?

Into The Fire is a plot-driven game, but no outcome has been determined so it really depends on the players, characters and the choices made as the game progresses. We want to see where this ends up, because that's what RPing is all about -
Unpredictability!

Wanted: Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, George Weasley, Theodore Nott, Bill Weasley, Terry Boot, Molly Weasley, Narcissa Malfoy, Fenrir Greyback & many more.
