"PARTIS TEMPORUS"
It was a spell used by Minister Kingsley Shacklebolt just after his election as a means of connecting both the past with the present. It was done in the aim that it would create a temporary opening during a memorial service of the events that happened, so that people could relive those final moments of Voldemort from a ‘safe’ distance.
