Mystery writer - this was brilliant. I loved that both Severus and Petunia retained all the hard edges of their characters and yet were able to set aside everything for those few hours each year. And the end scene just slayed me in all the best possible ways. As other have said regarding other stories - this fest can give pairings that shouldn't work (and that are not seen elsewhere) true strength. Bravo
