[26 Aug 2011|08:24pm] Looking for Marvel Movie Universe PSLs Over AIM, or possibly GDocs But a game is fine too Who I Want To Play: >>Howard Stark<<, Steve Rogers, or Loki, primarily. I am willing to give a try at others from the movies and I've got no problems playing multiple characters if a SL needs it. What I Want To Play: ALL SORTS OF STUFF. Mostly slashy, though I like to think I'm pretty good with action scenes too. Darker storylines are fine, I enjoy doing bad things to my characters. Het is not out of the question, I do like Steve and Peggy, but it's low on my To Play list (I may have a line for that lined up already, in any case). Trust me, you'll never lack for plots with me, though I would really appreciate input from my partner as well. I like world building and character building and discussing stuff even if we're not playing and all that jazz. Some specific ideas: - For Howard, I really want a line with him and Steve. I think they've actually got a lot of potential, as they're both idealists, but in different ways. Probably venturing into AU territory because obviously that's gonna be a pretty short SL otherwise. I like the idea of them finding and defrosting cap directly after the war as opposed to years later. - For Steve, I'm willing to play him against just about anyone. Thor or Tony would both be fine. Or Howard, if there is anyone else in the universe who wants to play him (there isn't). Even a Peggy, maybe. I mostly want to do character building stuff with him cause I think he's quite interesting. - For Loki, I would love a Thor. Pre-move. Post-movie. AU of the movie. Lots of room to play around in here, depending on the type of relationship they have. For my part, I approach Loki's feelings as very intense love/hate. Willing to bring in some stuff from Norse mythology as well, if that tickles your fancy. (I will never stop being amused that Sleipnir exists in the movie.) Wouldn't say no to any of the rest of the Thor cast either; Fandral or Heimdall for preference. BONUS FUN TIME: In comics canon Namor is active during WWII and I would LOVE to play him. Or play someone against him. I'm most interested in this taking place during WWII because I love the setting, though I might be talked into the modern timeline as well. Would prefer a streamlined origin and history for him to make it easier to slip into the movie universe and also because I'm not up on ALL of his backstory in the comics.
