Apartments For RentVACANT. The illegitimate daughter of a drug lord and a prostitute, Cosette has neither recollection of her life before she lived with Jean Valjean, nor any idea that she is adopted. Her childhood was spent moving from place to place with her very protective 'father' and she is glad to be settling down for once.
VACANT. The Phantom is a mysterious recluse that haunts the halls and catacombs of Bellum Letale. He is a musical prodigy who is elusively charming. He's heard Christine Daae singing through the doors of her apartment, and he's obsessed with her teaching her to find her voice.

Premise: There is an apartment building in New York called 'Bellum Letale.' Most people ignore its auspicious name, though they would be advised to pay more attention to its meaning.
It is a strange building.
Every man, woman and child in the building is a reincarnated fable, the stories told to human children for hundreds, sometimes thousands of years. Once very real, the fables began to fade as science and reason dispelled the probability of their existence. They have all been reborn in human forms, though their essence remains, waiting to be awakened at the right time, in the right place.
Now is the time - Bellum Letale is the place. As their lives connect and weave together, as they follow their petty desires and long-held grudges, they are, all of them, on the brink of disaster. Their Landlord knows their every move, and the building they live in seems to have an agenda of its own. People are tortured, people die, people plot behind each other's backs and sneak around and cheat. They love, they fight, they draw blood. This is not the fairy tale you remember being told. |

irreparable
Tired of games where only a few of the central canon characters seem to remember the war happened? Looking for a place where the Deathly Hallows continuity is respected but we don't hold you to every obscure Rowling interview? Want a home for your character where the scars of the war are still there, even if hidden? Need a place where people still thread rather than just adlib it all in journals?
Irreparable (![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) irreparable_mod) has been open for only a couple of weeks but is active and character driven. We have many characters wanted and any surviving character is welcome. Especially desired are Percy, George, Hufflepuffs, and Muggleborns.
