Labor strikes have paralyzed the British economy and the recently fought wars are fresh on muggles' minds. The disappearance of certain files from their government doesn't help to ease tensions. Wizards, meanwhile, have some idea of what those files contain - information about the wizarding world - and are on edge believing that any day their presence will be revealed to muggles. This leads many wizards to look to the most unlikely people as a sign of hope in uncertain times: Death Eaters.
MOST NEEDED. Very few Order members left: Fabian Prewett, Gideon Prewett, Frank Longbottom, Emmeline Vance, Alastor Moody, Severus Snape, Mundungus Fletcher, Elphias Doge, Dedalus Diggle, and Aberforth Dumbledore. Many major Death Eaters and Ministry officials are still open and muggles are very much needed!
