With the imminent arrival of students to the school, I believe we should meet to discuss the curriculum we intend to use and how the student should be introduced to the world of magic they now find themselves in. We are going to have to tailor a first year curriculum to a variety of ages and experiences so I believe flexibility will be key.

When would be a suitable time for you?

Absolutely. I've been attempting a few draft lesson plans but as you say, it's difficult without knowing what level of ability they'll arrive with. Some subjects will certainly be easier than others.

Perhaps tomorrow morning? But I really am happy with whatever suits you.

Equally as difficult not knowing the numbers we'll be getting. Have a think about the possibility of either individual programs or ones tailored to small numbers of students. Are you aware of any books that detail how the Founders handled such matters when they first started the school and before they began the House system? That might be useful.

Tomorrow morning will be fine. 10am, in my office, if it suits. We will have more room to spread out.
