Re: James | Remus
"How about straight up inifference?" James suggested, but he rolled his eyes. He was in too good a mood to argue about anything, really. He couldn't stop thinking about last night and grinning. "I'll see what I can do."
He just had to hope the situation would never arise when he actually had to talk to either of them. Perhaps that was a bit hopeful in a castle with just a few people, but he had managed it so far.
James watched Remus sit up, noting the careful way he moved, a mild more of concern sounding in his head. "You know you don't have to..."
But he could tell there was no point pushing the matter. Remus would probably just sneak out the moment he went back to work. James sighed and reluctantly pulled himself back into sitting. "Fine. I'll walk with you. You know, in case I pass out on the stairs and need you to rescue me."
James smirked and gave Remus a 'look', before getting to his feet and spotting the bundle he'd left on the side when he came in. "Oh, I bought you some food," he said, grabbing it and tossing it in the other man's direction. "C'mon, you can eat it on the way."
