Re: Theodore Nott & the Patil Twins
This is going so much easier than he could have ever hoped for, he thought happily. If he had bumped into someone falling in from having a tough time, or a crier he really wasn't sure what he would do. Well he supposed he'd probably dodge on and pass it off to someone else. But this was interesting. His thought the day couldn't really get much better.
He looked over at Parvati, considering her questions. "The magic is centered around the school, yes. However the school was constructed with the very magical essence of the founders, who were vastly different. That might have something to do with it. It's making it's own choices. Or maybe fighting over choices. Who knows?"
Theo didn't have time to answer what happened when Padma cut to the chase. He remembered then that Padma spent her time with the more macabre of areas of study. Not his field, but interesting nonetheless. And at the moment surprisingly useful. "As I understand it there was an attempt to correct a fertility issue. They tried to fix it by combining magic with muggle science. It created a hex eight years ago, and wiped us out. To sum up," he paused for a moment. "Someone wasn't paying close enough attention."
