Who: Ginny Weasley and Daphene Greengrass When: Feburary 2001, mid-after noon. Where: Daphene and Marcus's flat (before they divorced). What: The Morning After Rating: PG-13 Status: In-Progress
It was late in the morning by the time Daphene woke up, the sun sneaking into the room behind smooth, dark green curtains. She sighed into the air, her shoulders relaxed and a thin cover of sheets providing a shield from any on-looker. Her body shifted and Daphene curled an arm around the athlete beside her, letting her fingers ghost along the skin.
It wasn't an unusual sight in this lonely household. Not with a husband who, more often than not, was out and about, traveling for his work. It didn't matter much, really. Their marriage wasn't about love. It never had been.
Daphene rose from the bed, grasped a notepad from the table beside it, and wrote in crisp, clean hand writing; Kitchen. She placed the note on pillow beside Ginny, smiled, and crossed the room to grab a silk blue robe which hung loosely to her body.
As she slid the robe on, Daphene made her way to the Kitchen, humming as she crossed the halls. With a flick of her wand, she summoned food from the fridge and dug through her cabinets for her pots and pans. Daphene smiled at her own tactics, and set her magic to work.
