Toy Soldiers [When the war trio were small] (Tag: Zeus, Ares, and Enyo)

With slow careful steps, Eris approached Daddy's bed. It was barely morning, and Eris could feel her skin buzzing from what was happening downstairs. She didn't know how to say what was happening exactly, or what words matched the feeling in her heart. Her heart buzzed too. It was a wasp nest with a million tiny bees. That was why Eris broke things and didn't understand why they got mad afterwards. They'd understand too if they had hearts that were wasp nests with bees. What was happening went beyond that though. They'd created something that was so big. Bigger than anything Eris had ever seen made before, and Eris knew her parents would want to be a part of it. She couldn't take that away from them.

She didn't know where Mommy was, but that was okay because Eris got to spend more time with her than with Daddy anyway, and Eris wanted Daddy to see even more. He didn't ever say he was proud of them, but Eris felt like this could change that. She just wanted everyone to be happy. )

The Trickiest Bit of Trickery that Ever Was Tricked! - around 1190 BCE [tag: Eris]

[info]laufeyson
Note: Old days of Asgard. Before marriage to Angrboda but after Sleipnir. The Norse are young.

Loki wandered a great deal. It was a habit he got from growing up on Lauer, so detached from everything. It was a habit that was easily fostered by Thor and Odin as they took him with them on adventures that required a lot of wandering. Sometimes he just traveled Midgard for the simple sake of traveling Midgard. Sometimes he had a plan.

Currently, he had a plan.

Hermes was a good friend. Far from being the friend that Thor and Odin were, but Loki thought that with time he and his southern friend would build stronger ties. There were Greeks occasionally in Asgard. From Hermes and Iris -the latter of which he'd had the great pleasure of watching stroll into Odin's company from behind, to the others that occasionally migrated north for political reasons, Loki was familiar with some of the pantheon.

And he was smart. )
