Sigyn was confused. Loki was pulling away from her. Why was he pulling away from her when all she wanted to do was get closer? Had it been wrong to kiss him like that? Or had she done it wrong? She wasn't terribly experienced, so she was sort of feeling her way along the path, but she hadn't thought it was that bad. Still, there was no way not to notice the way he was leaning away, and how he was trying to find a tactful way of getting her to let go of him.
She dropped her arms, and leaned back herself. Until she sorted out what she'd done wrong, she might as well give Loki the space he wanted. When he kissed her again, when he pulled her close again, she'd try to follow his lead and... and do something else. That was all.
"I'm not expected back until tomorrow," she told him. "I'm betting a search party wouldn't be sent until at least a day after that. But I'm nearly done with crushing the minerals I need. If you need to wander while I do that so you're not bored, there's a pool not far in that direction. It's fairly chilly, because it's spring fed, but I knew I'd be hot after working on this so..." she shrugged one shoulder. "But if you're looking for something else exciting, I'm afraid there's not much out here. It's why I picked this place. Sorry."
