Eros could tell from the way her face was changing from moment to moment that Harmonia didn't like what he was saying. It seemed nothing was being taken right or in the best light of things and he really didn't know what to do about that. She wasn't the first person to do that either. People didn't completely understanding love or what he did and some thought it was a bad thing and blamed him for it. Like he could change what it was or who he is. He was tasked to do something, a calling just like every other deity on Olympus and things were what they were. He felt like Harmonia wanted to hear very specific answers that he just wasn't giving.
Sometimes he missed the time before he had any siblings. Oh not really but for a millisecond the thought did cross his mind.
But he'd meant what he said, he didn't want her to leave angry. He never wanted to make anyone angry. He really did need their mother's way with words, or at least Peitho's way of make people understand. Did he want her to go off and tell their parents, no of course not. But then again, he also didn't think he did anything wrong, it just was communicated in a not so great way.
He looked at her as she replied, though still frowning. "I' glad you aren't mad. But disappointed, why? I answered your questions, I am sorry you don't like the answers."
