Frigg liked to think she was smart, quick and clever. She liked to think of herself as skilled at getting something when she wanted it and manipulating situations to turn into her favor. In her mind she was experienced enough at what she was doing to not tread as carefully as perhaps she should have. But regardless of what she thought of herself, she was young. Far from being a child or an adolescent, she was technically a grown woman this point. But she was still young enough where she didn't have the actual life experience she thought she had.
So when Odin mentioned that he knew what she was doing, for the briefest of moments -while caught off guard, Frigg's face fell. Well crap. Had she been that obvious? She had been trying to not go overboard. Had she failed?
A fraction of a second later she realized he really had no idea what she was up to. Oh, Odin might have known she was flirting a bit but he would not have any idea why. “Is that so,” she said with the calm, collected, confident look back on her face and smiled at him. Her hand took the horn from him and she leaned away slightly so she could take a drink. Just as she started raising the horn she added, “What is it that I am doing, exactly?”
Taking a drink, and not exactly a lady-like sip either, she lowered the horn and passed it back to him. “If you knew even half of what I know...” And she just let the tail end drop off to hopefully spark his curiousity.
