He just shook his head at her safety speech, finding her concern for a complete stranger somewhat endearing. Though her voice was very bizarre. It seemed to skip around, sounding somewhat like the local mortals from this area one moment; and then something completely different the next.
Something about her felt vaguely... dark. Every god or goddess had a feel to them, different as they all were; and hers was pronounced. 'Dark' was the only way he could think to describe it. It wasn't off putting, just different.
He often did not understand the intricacies of typical conversation - when to say something, when to not. The veiled meanings behind someone's chosen words. Why someone chose to hide what they really meant in the first place. All of that went right over his head. But he was very observant when it came to the overall vibe someone put out, their physical aspects, their mannerisms, expressions. He may not have always interpreted those expressions with accuracy, but he did always take notice. It was a learning process.
"I am." He smiled then, glad to have gotten that out of the way. "Makaria." He repeated her name in a pleased greeting of sorts, testing out the sound of it.
"I'm Thor. God of thunder." An introduction and an explanation for the current state of the weather above them. "What are you doing out here?"
