Nike bit her bottom lip as they talked, not liking that she felt as though she didn't have the answers to help her brother. She always had the answers so this was just very disconcerting. She wanted to hug him but he seemed as though that would be the wrong thing to do right then.
It was strange to be talking about this with him. Zee or one of their uncles or cousins could be better suited, but she was there and she was determined to help him make this right in his head again. Nike let him digest what she had said. She hadn't talked with the others she mentioned about this but people talk and she liked information as it helped when new situations arose and the information could be put to use.
Raising an eyebrow as she watched her brother, she wondered what was going on in that pretty head of his. And then she shook her head and smiled at him. "No it's not a curse at all. It's not an illness either, well not in the way you think. It's a sign that you're growing up, maturing, not longer just a boy. I have heard told that cold water, a shower or bath can help but it's a natural thin to happen for boys."
Nike would give him answers as best she could and help ease him and hopefully she had enough examples and details as he would need. She was not going to let him cut anything off or let him believe that he was cursed. By the gods, what would others think if that happened. No she would help and protect him, just like always.
