Loki chuckled. Not about the part of composing herself, that was amusing sure, but understandable all the same. Obviously she hadn't been expecting anyone to happen upon her. Obviously she thought she was alone. And, he realized, she obviously had no idea who he was. Not that Loki had a clue who she was, but logical deduction told him she was probably one of Frigg's protegees. Though, how she'd managed to escape his notice until now was unknown.
But she hadn't addressed him by name or epithet. Or had she given any other apparent indication of recognition. That was interesting as well. She really intrigued him.
So rather than incur her wrath and have her wish to strike him with her hammer, even though he'd admit he was enjoying seeing her there in her state of undress, he bowed his head in a slow nod and turned around. Loki also said nothing further. Instead let her compose herself and would let her take as much time as necessary to do it. If she fled, well... he'd not pursue. Interesting as she was, he wasn't in the mood to chase today. He'd been chased off already, he didn't particularly feel like chasing someone also.
It might seem surprising to some that someone who enjoyed women as much as Loki did wouldn't immediately take to trying to woo the mysterious woman in her shift. But as much as Loki loved women, he wasn't a lech and he never went where his advances weren't welcomed. He was not, and would not, become his father -the sort of man that forced himself on the unwilling.
