Lottie beamed, happy that she could help the girl out. Though she didn't really think she'd done anything that great, and she definitely wasn't brilliant, the fact was it pleased Harmonia and that was all she really cared about in the moment. Now if it had been Philotes, she would have totally been down in the pool with the erotes, and not just because they were pretty. Well mostly because they were pretty. But really, it was the wings that held her attention. They were fascinating.
But if Harmonia didn't feel comfortable doing that, then she was glad she could find a solution that was acceptable. She seemed much more relaxed now, and that was also a good thing. This girl had to be relatively young, since she was an Olympian. Sister to the erotes, and they were children of the children of Olympians. Which meant, Lottie thought, that Harmonia was like... her niece? Maybe? Like twenty-eight times removed or something.
And now Friendship felt a little more responsible for this young goddess who'd stumbled across her hiding spot. So she asked, “Do you want me to stay while you bathe? Or would you rather have privacy? I can go if you want. Or not. Whatever. I mean, I don't have any problem with bathing in front of people, but I know some people do, and I would never want to pressure anybody or make them uncomfortable, so if you don't want me around, you just have to say so and I'll just go, or I could stand over there by the tree and be close but not where I can see you if you want to do that, or whatever you like, it's no big deal, I'm good with anything. Really.”
Lottie bit her lip to keep more words from tumbling out of them, and waited for an answer.
