Zeus took into consideration what those who had actually spoke had to offer. Nike was victory in the simplest sense, which was very useful on a grand scale. He wasn't entirely certain how that was going to be beneficial when not in war or competition. Though, if Zelos could see if there were any secret plots to take over his throne, any... envy of his position -of which he was sure there was some given the newness of his rule, it was possible Nike would be able to tell him how to best overthrow any attempts on his thrown successfully, if not take care of it herself.
Bia... now Bia Zeus immediately saw her potential in. She would be skilled in being able to enforce his will. He had seen her during the war, she had no apparent problems roughing people up as necessary. Unfortunately, Kratos was still not saying much of anything. He was letting his siblings speak for him. That would never do.
“Yes, Kratos,” Zeus said, pausing in front of the god again, this time addressing him specifically. “Tell me.” He wasn't fond of this whole Kratos not speaking for himself thing. For someone Zeus knew full well was strong, he was acting weak. It was one thing to be reverent to one's king, but he had told them all to speak freely, so it was expected that they would speak freely. “I have ideas formulating of how you four can be useful to me, here on Olympus... in this palace... and out in the greater world.
“But I will not force you to do something you don't want to do,” at least not initially. There were times when an individual needed to be pushed beyond their comfort zone, but not this soon. He needed to ensure their loyalty first. He needed them to settle into their roles and see what they actually do. “I ask for loyalty, respect, dedication and responsibility. In turn, I will give you four a place here in my palace if you want it, positions in my retinue and both honor and respect of you your abilities unless a time comes I must put the needs pantheon above your own.” Zeus looked directly at Kratos, “But before your responsibilities in my retinue can be decided, I need to know what you prefer to do. Something I can take into consideration.”
Then an idea struck him. Bia was far more and offensive goddess what if... “Your sister seems more on the offensive. Would defensive work suit you better?”
