Re: Julián + Simone
Simone wasn't entirely sure what he meant by employment documents, but she assumed it wasn't anything more than what she needed for school, and Jack had ensured she was set up with all of that right away, some of it even started before he'd even come back to the commune to take her away. And thinking of him then had her smile going softer, more affectionate. "That's not a problem," she assured him.
"Next week sounds good," she said with a decisive nod. She and Jack were supposed to go to Niagara Falls, though Emilia had mentioned the barbeque she and her brother were having on Saturday, and so she was reminded that she needed to call him tomorrow and see if it was too late to change their trip to another weekend. She felt rather giddy at the thought of showing him off to her friends and perhaps a little nervous as well as excited about a trip away alone with him. "If you can warn her, I'll give Mai a call tomorrow to sort out the details," she offered, already pulling a little spiral notebook out of her little cross-body purse so she could jot down down Mai's information before she flipped to another page and wrote her full name and number, tearing out the page and handing it over to him.
