Judd felt like he could relate to that 'mostly', and he grinned. "Worth it, though." He didn't make it a question, in case that strayed too close to personal topics. He was content just to take it as read. Even if he was wrong, he doubted Russo was going to pick today and here to correct him. (Or any day and anywhere, really.) "Ah, the person who caught me was supremely unappreciative of me trying to sneak into the house with gifts of booze for their 15-year-old sister." Judd's attempts at stealth had been terrible, and looking back, he doubted Piper would have drunk the wine even if he'd gotten it to her. He'd never said it had been a smart idea.
And, just like that, they were back to family. Judd managed not to glare, because it was hardly Russo's fault, but he did feel the itch to cut this conversation short and go find Robert after all. "I won't hold you up any longer, then, if you want to go find them," he offered.
