Hello! Danielle and I spent a while reviewing our already set rules, and now we're adding a few new ones just to keep everyone up to date.
I know this is going to be somewhat of a rant, but please bear with me.
Before I start, this is not aimed at anyone as an insult, I'm just clearing things up! I promise!
Firstly, we're adding that posting on the main page, where you see this post, is for out of character posts. Basically, you need to have something really important to tell the members of the community. Character posts are for the journals, which are friended so it's easy to view them all at once.
Only major plot posts, like Holiday Balls, Train Rides, Quidditch Matches, or anything else school wide like that, will be posted on the main page.
If you want to post something on the main page, then just ask a mod! Emails/IMs will be responded to in a timely manner.
If you are going to be away from a computer for a bit, aka going on a hiatus, then you have free permission to post that you are doing so on the main page. Other than that, just ask, and I'm sure you'll get a yes.
Secondly, posting stuff on the auditions page is sort of annoying to me, since I get the emails. I love the plots, and everything, don't get me wrong, but I don't need all the emails from there. [Like I said in an earlier post, it gets me all excited for nothing, and then I'm just annoyed lol.] You can post that stuff in your normal journals [ooc] or even through emails between the members.
To keep things tidier, I'm going to delete the conversation off there... [sorry!] It's just more organized that way.
I think I'm done? Haha.
As usual dudes, comments, "I hate you and your policies!" or anything else are welcome here or by email.
