HELLOOOO friends! i'm laura/borntorun (feel free to add me if you haven't already), and i have three so far:


JESPER FAHEY - durast, Grishaverse books

• 19 year old sassy sharpshooting thief with ~special~ abilities

• Housing: #124 with Jaina Solo, Neville Longbottom and Eliot Waugh
  
• Jesper is a charming, clever gambler who has been living in Ketterdam for the last few years -- his world is very different from this one. They don't have the same technological development, and they have people with special abilities - also known as Grisha. Jesper's part of a gang, and has been living in the seedy underbelly of Ketterdam, living like a king to be honest. When he arrived, he was VERY confused and lost -- especially with tech! He befriended Eliot Waugh early on, and he has been trying to learn the layout of the town and trying to get a handle on what life is like, where he can fit in, etc. He's very much an adrenaline-chaser, so he will challenge people to fights just to feel something, he will place bets that he might not win, he will take risks that he shouldn't. When his boyfriend gets here, he'll be more stable, but so far everyone will have met someone who is very lonely but trying hard to fake it and pretend like everything is fine. He will need: friends :))))) including people with other abilities who might encourage him to explore his own. And I'm sure he'll meet other Magicians characters, since he's buddies with Eliot! I think they're going to be really good for him -- he really latches on to people who are outsiders, so expect that from him here too.

• Kili is arriving right before his death, after he's seen his brother's fate, so he knows there isn't a lot of hope for himself left. He's reckless and a bit naive and loves to learn about the world around him. He's very much not the homebody that other dwarves are; Kili is restless and adventurous. And still in love with Tauriel, obviously, haha. He's easy to get along with, honestly, and a lot of people will know who he is because of the books/movies, so feel free to throw everyone at him!

• Housing: #131 with Alexander Aaron
  
• Arrival date: May 8-9, depending on my work schedule (which I will know sometime this week... lol)
  
• I'm not going to go into a lot of detail about Sam here because I want to avoid spoilers :) but the MCU characters will know him as the Falcon, Steve's friend, former Air Force pararescue, all-around good guy, big Marvin Gaye fan. Sam has a big mouth and doesn't hold back, and he's genuinely a kind-hearted and hopeful person. Extremely determined, very smart, the best kind of person to have at your back.
