"Doctor!" Rose had shouted at the Time Lord from across the console when he opened the door and let the freezing cold water in, her blonde hair and clothing now wet from the wave. She picked off a piece of seaweed from her shoulder that was so kindly shaken onto her by the Doctor and chucked it at the back of his head as he exited the time and space machine.
Going down to the wardrobe room, she picked out another outfit (or rather, the TARDIS picked out one for her - the old girl had a great sense of fashion) before coming back up to the main room and exiting.
"I'm a bit mad at you right now," Rose said in a cross tone of voice as she leaned against the door next to the Doctor, folding her arms over her chest.
