Orpheus was quite happy for any and all attention from Virgo, and his tail wagged happily as she laid next to him. Persephone, too, noticed, and grinned.
"No need to thank me," she said. "Anything you need, you know I'm here," she said, turning off the stove at the whistle of the steam from the kettle, taking it and pouring the water into the glasses. She brought the pair of glasses, along with a pair of spoons, some sugar and milk to the table, setting them down. Then she fetched some of her fresh Eve's pudding from the kitchen, and a pair of plates.
