Victor felt himself smile as he heard her giggle; her voice was sweet, like honey, and in general she gave off this aura of... well, sweetness. She was like a flower, really -- a beautiful flower, with vibrant colors.
As their eyes met, he felt something, a sort of charge, for lack of a better way to describe it. There it was again, that something he couldn't quite place his finger on, that same thing he'd felt before, but different this time. He was sure his breath caught, that his heart started pounding slightly harder at that moment, before he calmed himself, quickly.
Pleasure. The word was like molasses and almost made him shiver, the way it had slipped past her lips. Her coy demeanor was catchy, and her bubbly qualities in general he found had captured him. "I'm in Athens writing reviews of places for travel and culture magazines and such. I'm also trying to put together a novel on my own," that doesn't revolve around smut. The last part was left unsaid, but it was his intent, at least. Not that he was sure what his latest writing venture would turn into. "Athens is inspiring, feels like home, in a way I don't know how to describe." He sighed, smiling at her. "And you?" he asked. "What brings a lovely lady from LA via Anderson to this part of the Mediterranean?" he inquired.
